- Reliable order processing: I implemented idempotent webhook processing to prevent duplicate records in a service with more than 150 connected clients and thousands of requests per minute, keeping data consistent for recommendation evaluation.
- E-commerce integration automation: I developed and maintained catalog and order integrations with platforms such as Shopify, Nuvemshop, and Loja Integrada, automating updates to the data used by Performa.AI tools and reducing the need for manual intervention.
- APIs and security: an API backed by replicated MongoDB with JWT, HMAC, and rate limiting, serving thousands of daily accesses.
- Platform partnerships: technical discussions to obtain integration guidance and support partnership agreements.
- Support and clients: assistance to the support team, client-specific implementations, and resolution of complex technical issues.
